Fuchs Vidal Rosé, Pinot Noir, Cava Extra Brut
It has a very limited production. Made exclusively whit the Pinot Noir grape variety.
The Wine made with Pinot Noir variety will be use to elaborate the Cava Fuchs de Vidal Rosé following the Traditional Method or “Méthode Champenoise”. The minimum ageing is 15 months. It has a minimum addition of expedition liquor that gives it a distinguished touch on the palate.
It has light red color. The bubbles are continuous and small. Its aroma is fruity with strawberries notes, it is fresh, elegant and has a long palate.
Coupage: single variety, Pinot Noir.
Alcohol content: 12 % Vol.
Expedition liqueur: very small quantity of liquor containing 2 grams/ Liter
Ageing: 15 Minimum months.
Serving temperature: 6-8 ° C.
Riddling: Manually in riddling desks.
Food pairing: Aperitif, rice, Japanese food, fish dishes with light sauces.
