Its long rest in our cellars culminated with quality, finesse and elegance that represents it. Produced without any addition of liquor, showing, in this way, his natural personality.

It is a cava for demanding palates, lovers of long aging.

Elaboration

The traditional varieties of Penedes, Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada are vinified separately. The wines are blended to elaborate the Cava Fuchs de Vidal Gran Reserva following the Traditional Method. The ageing process takes at list 30 months.

Tasting Notes

Pale golden color, bright. It has small bubbles slow, persistent detachment, form crown. High intensity in nose, elegance aroma of ageing. In the mouth, it is smooth, balanced and harmonious cava. It is complex and has a long taste. It is a Cava with distinction.

Coupage:: 50% Xarel·lo 30% Macabeo and 20 % Parellada.

Alcohol content: 11,5 % Vol.

Expedition liqueur: Nonexistent.

Ageing:: 30 months minimum.

Serving temperature: 6-8 °C.

Riddling: Manually in riddling desks.

Food pairing: Appetizers, light appetizers, seafood, foie gras, dishes with sauces.

 

Presentation: Bottle of cava, 75 cl.

In cartons of 6 and 12 bottles or wood 3 and 6 bottles.

It can be presented with individual case.
