Elaboration

The suit symbols Penedès varieties, Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada are vinified separately. Subsequently the blend that will lead to Cava Fuchs de Vidal, Gran Reserva is made. Prepared by the traditional method. The aging of this cava at least 30 months.

Tasting Notes

Pale golden color, bright. It has small bubbles slow, persistent detachment, form crown. In the olfactory test it has good intensity, very fine quality, Foster characters. In the mouth, it is smooth, balanced and harmonious cava, its nature is complex, has a frank and prolonged aftertaste. It is a cava with distinction ..

Alcohol content: 11,5 % Vol.

Ageing:: 30 months minimum.

Serving temperature: 6-8 °C.

Food pairing: Appetizers, light appetizers, seafood, foie gras, dishes with sauces.

 

 

Presentation:: Bottle of champagne, 75 cl.

In cartons of 6 and 12 bottles or wood 3 and 6 bottles.
