Gran Fuchs Vidal, Cava Brut Nature

Medalla_Gilbert_Gaillard 50-Great-Cavas-2017Gold Medal Penin_90

It was born to welcome the Twentieth Century
We remain a very limited production (3.500 bottles).

It is a very special cava, the grapes of this Cava comes from the oldest vineyards. Its production is reduced. The vines are between 40 and 50 years old. With the fruit harvested manually we elaborate a very complex wine that we age in barrel during a short period.

It is a piece of art.

Traditional varieties of Penedes are vinified separately. The blending process is done and the resulting wine will age in barrels for about 5 months. The elaboration process is done following the Traditional Method.
