Capita Vidal, Banda Reserva, Cava Brut Nature
This cava represents the tradition of our winery. Its rustic label gave birth to the first bottle of sparkling wine of the winery.
This is a very limited reserve.
Penedes traditional varieties are vinified separately. Subsequently the blend that will lead to this cava following the traditional method is performed. The minimum aging period is 20 months.
Straw yellow, very bright. It has a regular release of small bubbles. Clean nose with intense sensations and fine breeding that combine with fruity aromas, apple and pear. In the mouth it turns out to be a well-balanced, elegant wine cellar with a lingering aftertaste.
Coupage: Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada.
Alcohol content: 11.5 % Vol.
Expedition liqueur: Nonexistent.
Ageing: Minimum 20 months.
Serving temperature: 6-8 °C.
Riddling: Manually in riddling desks.
Food pairing: Appetizers, seafood, grilled white meat and game.
Presentation: Bottle of cava, 75 cl.
In cartons of 6 and 12 bottles or wood 3 and 6 bottles.
